She is also founder of the Future of Workers Initiative. \n  \n  \n \nAiha Nguyen\nProgram Director\, Labor Futures Initiative \n  \nAiha Nguyen directs the Labor Futures Program at Data & Society\, where her research examines workplace surveillance\, algorithmic management\, and the labor implications of generative AI. \n  \n  \n \nVeena Dubal\nProfessor of Law \n  \nVeena Dubal is a Professor of Law at UC Irvine whose research combines legal and ethnographic methods to study gig work\, algorithmic wage-setting\, and precarious labor.
