Fall 2023 Updates:

In November, the ADR Team attended two competitions: Regionals for the ABA Negotiation Competition, and the ICC Bucerius Mediation Competition in Germany.

Announcing the Board:

From the Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (CNDR) at UC Law SF, the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Team (ADR Team) had a record 18 eligible third year students for the ADR Board, making this year’s Board our largest ADR Board since 2006, with eight students in total. Director Clint Waasted shared that The ADR Team is looking forward to a return to more in person competitions this year, and expanded capacity with the larger board this school year.
