HPL Program

The Master of Science, Health Policy & Law (HPL) is a fully online, jointly conferred degree program. Created collaboratively with educators and professionals from UCSF and UC Law SF College of the Law, the program provides students with the tools and knowledge to navigate legal reform and policy impact within the health care system.

Summer Legal Institute

Each summer UC Law SF offers classes in a variety of subject areas. All in-person courses are taught at UC Law in San Francisco, adjacent to federal, state, and local courthouses, San Francisco City Hall, and many of the city’s leading law firms.
