Twenty legal experts, including a federal judge and top scholars from seven law schools, will tackle that and other pressing questions during an all-day symposium on “The Rule of Law and Threats to Democracy” at UC Law San Francisco on Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
