Bio
Rocky hails from New Zealand, where he spent seven years in technology and management consulting prior to joining the Center for Innovation in 2025.
As Chief of Staff of C4i and the AI Law & Innovation Institute, he builds the team. Together, that team works to inform and assist Congress, federal agencies, and national media as they tackle the thorny issues surrounding AI law and governance.
