Abigail West

Bio
Abigail West is an attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she focuses her practice on complex business litigation, class action defense, and internal investigations. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular interest in international human rights and civil rights matters. During her legal career, Abigail has amassed experience in all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, motions practice, trial, and appeals. In both 2024 and 2025, she was recognized by SuperLawyers as a “Rising Star.” Abigail received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018, where she was a Global Law Scholar, senior editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law, and student advocate in the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic. Before law school, she received her B.A. in Russian from Georgetown University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
