Bio
Randall Schram is an attorney on the California Supreme Court’s Capital Central Staff where he researches and drafts memoranda and proposed opinions addressing various criminal law and constitutional issues arising in death penalty appeals.
Prior to joining the court, Randall served as a legal research attorney in the criminal division of the Alameda County Superior Court, researching and drafting proposed orders on petitions for writ of habeas corpus and various other postconviction motions.
Randall’s career as a judicial attorney builds upon his prior experience as a criminal defense attorney, where he represented clients in misdemeanor and felony cases throughout California.
