Bio
Vincent Lee is a Partner at Cannata, O’Toole, & Olson. Mr. Lee focuses his practice in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, environmental law, regulatory law, and fiduciary law.
Mr. Lee is admitted to the State Bar of California and earned his law degree from UC Law SF (formerly the University of California, Hastings College of the Law). During law school, he served as Senior Supervising Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and as Co-Chair of the Hastings Moot Court Board. There, he represented his school in two moot court competitions, coached four highly successful moot court teams of his peers, and won Western Regional Champion and Second Best Brief in the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition and Best Brief in the Tulane National Sports Law Moot Court Competition. He also participated in the Hastings Appellate Project, which regularly represents undocumented immigrants before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Lee was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He enjoys listening to and playing music, keeping plants alive, cooking, coaching moot court competition teams for his alma mater, and buzzing in and out of East Bay airports training for his private pilot license.
