Bio

Professor Kelly Cooke serves as Associate General Counsel of Product and Privacy at Sierra.

Prior to her role at Sierra, Kelly gained valuable experience as Director of Privacy at Atlassian. That role followed over a decade at Google, where as Senior Privacy Counsel she brought her expertise in privacy regulations and compliance to one of the tech industry’s leading companies, most recently leading privacy advising for Google’s generative AI offerings and DeepMind models. Before moving in-house, she was an Associate at Cooley LLP with a focus on U.S. privacy litigation.

Kelly graduated with honors from Cornell Law School in 2008 and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
