Bio

Hayden Reynolds is a distinguished development professional with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management and community service. Here at UC Law SF, Hayden utilizes his extensive background in fundraising, donor relations, and strategic communications to enhance the institution’s development efforts. He holds a PhD in Psychology, which enriches his approach to community and social services.

Hayden oversees a range of development activities. He manages mid-level donor portfolios, develops sophisticated solicitation strategies, and leads major fundraising campaigns including mail and email appeals and two annual giving days. His work involves optimizing communication strategies and donor engagement processes, focusing on enhancing overall effectiveness.

Previously, Hayden served as Annual Fund Manager at PRC, a health and human services agency in San Francisco, where he was responsible for donor stewardship, list segmentation, and the execution of annual fund appeals. His strategic efforts significantly improved the organization’s donor relations and operational efficiencies, underscoring his expertise in managing complex fundraising operations.

Hayden is an active volunteer with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, where he has served on the board, and spearheads numerous initiatives that intersect fundraising with social justice. His roles have consistently leveraged his skills in graphic creation, persuasive writing, and strategic execution, driving substantial advancements in community engagement and support.
