Bio

Amanda Fish joined the Center for Innovation (C4i) as a research manager in February 2025. Her research interests include international cooperation on AI policy, East Asian regional studies, and human security. Before joining C4i, she lived in South Korea for seven years, working as an instructor at a private institute and serving as head instructor for the final two years. She has also worked as a consultant for the Joongmin Foundation for Social Policy.

Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations & Security from Hawai’i Pacific University, graduating as valedictorian of the class of Fall 2016. She double minored in history as well as diplomacy & military studies. Amanda is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at Ewha Womans University, studying International Relations. Amanda has also earned certificates in East Asian Studies; Negotiations & Conflict Management; and Global & Regional Cooperation.
