Amit Kumar is General Counsel of Dreamscape Learn and a Partner at Patrick Doerr, LLP. At Dreamscape, Amit secured foundational IP rights, structured equity and debt financing rounds, and continues to actively negotiate SaaS platform licenses with educational institutions. Amit’s career has been shaped by his work at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and sports, and his practice involves advising founders, executives, and global companies on strategic matters such as fundraising, brand licensing, distribution, and M&A.
