Bio
Caleb Lin is a Senior Associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. He defends individuals and entities in securities litigation and investigations. Before entering private practice, Caleb worked as a public defender in New York, Colorado, and California. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court and has published several articles on criminal law and procedure. Caleb graduated from New York University School of Law and clerked on the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He lives near San Francisco State University with his spouse and two dogs.
