Bio

Caroline joined the Center for Innovation (C4i) as Senior Research Manager in September of 2023. In this role, Caroline conducts complex legal and policy research at the intersection of technology, health, and medicine. Her work helps guide policymakers and stakeholders to find workable solutions for creating a more balanced pharmaceutical marketplace.

Caroline is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales and licensed attorney of the California Bar. Prior to joining C4i, she practiced law at one of the world’s largest international law firms and has worked in both London and Hong Kong. Caroline holds a law degree from Oxford University, where she was awarded The Queen’s College Benefactors’ Prize, and held roles as Academic Affairs Representative for her College and Turpin & Miller Officer for Oxford Legal Assistance (the university’s only pro bono program for law students). Caroline also holds a Master of Laws from UC Berkeley Law School, where she graduated on the Dean’s List.
