Bio
Catalina Lozano earned her J.D. from UC Hastings and an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley through the law school’s joint degree program. She is a solo practitioner in Marin County, handling business and employment matters. As an adjunct professor at U.C. Law SF for many years, she has taught Legal Research and Writing, Trial Advocacy, and Moot Court. Currently, she teaches Critical Studies 1. She has also taught in the Legal Education Opportunity Program and UC Law SF’s Bar Exam Supplemental Training (BEST) program. She is also the faculty advisor to the UC Law SF Latinx Law Students Association.
Professor Lozano works tirelessly to advance diversity in the legal profession. She is the recipient of many honors and awards, including from the UC Law Latinx Law Students Association, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Marin, the Minority Bar Coalition, and the State Bar of California.
