Bio
David Casarrubias is an Associate with Hanson Bridgett’s Appellate Practice Group, where he focuses on writs, appeals, and law and motion. He’s litigated appeals before the Ninth Circuit and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. In addition to appellate litigation, David has experience litigating a variety of business disputes and has a robust practice representing government agencies throughout California. David also maintains an active pro bono practice covering an array of topics, including domestic violence, civil harassment, immigration, and civil appeals.
David graduated from UC Law SF in 2018. In law school, David was co-chair of UC Law SF’s nationally ranked moot court team and participated in the Appellate Project as student counsel. David is still involved with Moot Court as an alumni coach.
