Bio

David began his legal career at the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Worcester, Massachusetts representing children and parents in the dependency system. David joined LSC in September 2017 and is currently the lead attorney in LSC’s guardianship team as well as a member of the dependency team. He is a member of the San Francisco Dependency Panel and the San Francisco Probate Panel and accepts appointments to represent children in both courts. In addition, he provides mentorship to pro bono attorneysseeking probate guardianships on behalf of their clients. He is particularly interested in the ways the probate guardianship and dependency systems overlap, the reasons that families choose or are forced into one system, and the disparity in resources allotted to each type of case. David graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012.
