Bio
Harold (Chip) Selan graduated from UC Law SF in 1982 and from the University of California, Berkeley, Phi Beta Kappa in history in 1978. He is a solo practitioner in Orinda and focuses on personal injury and business litigation. He has served on both the California State Bar Committee on the Administration of Justice and the Committee on Appellate Courts. He also worked with the USAID Rule of Law Program in Albania in 2008 and was a visiting professor at the School of Magistrates in Tirana, Albania, in 2010. He has been teaching at UC Law SF since 1989.
