Bio

Since graduating in 1988, Jeffrey (“Jeff”) Rosichan ’88 has supported UC Law San Francisco philanthropically and has been an engaged alumnus. He joined the Foundation Board of Trustees in 2024 and helped spearhead the Foundation’s $1 million Trustee Fundraising Challenge in 2025, which exceeded its original goal and continues to grow. Effective July 1, 2026, he will serve as Treasurer of the Foundation.

Jeff brings a unique combination of accounting, legal, and financial expertise to the Foundation’s Executive Committee. A UCLA economics graduate and former CPA, he began his professional career in accounting before earning his law degree and practicing corporate law at Skadden, Arps. He later transitioned to investment banking and spent more than two decades in Equity Capital Markets, holding senior leadership positions at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Evercore, and Citibank. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at Citibank, leading the firm’s West Coast Equity Capital Markets practice. Over the course of his career, he helped raise more than $50 billion in capital for companies and government entities worldwide.
