Bio

Professor Kelly Cooke will be teaching U.S. Privacy Law during the Fall 2025 semester.
Currently, Kelly serves as the Associate Privacy Counsel at Google, bringing her expertise in privacy regulations and compliance to one of the tech industry’s leading companies.

Prior to her role at Google, Kelly gained valuable experience as an Associate at Cooley LLP, where she honed her legal skills and knowledge.

With a strong educational foundation and hands-on experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles, Kelly Cooke is a valuable asset in the field of privacy law and corporate compliance.

She holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts (BA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
