Adjunct Professor Laura Kurpad has been an attorney for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration since 2010, handling food labeling and food safety work ranging from implementing regulations to reviewing pre-enforcement actions.
Professor Kurpad received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Princeton University. She clerked for the Hon. Faith S. Hochberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining the FDA, she also did a fellowship at LegalHealth, a division of the New York Legal Assistance Group.
