Laura’s practice areas include primary responsibility for transactional legal work and intellectual property, research compliance, and real estate matters. Laura has been practicing in higher education for over six years. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, where her work focused on complex transactional and regulatory matters. Laura earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from UCLA and her J.D. from NYU.
