Lucy Quacinella is an attorney based in California. After decades practicing law with Legal Services and other non-profit law organizations, she founded Multiforum Advocacy Solutions (MAS). MAS engages in impact litigation and provides research, analysis, and technical assistance to community-based organizations, policymakers, and others on health and social services issues affecting low-income families. Particular areas of focus include maternal and infant health and immigration-related issues.
