Bio
Nick Keats is Staff Counsel at the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. He represents the DFEH in administrative investigations and litigation for violations of California’s civil rights laws, including laws prohibiting discrimination, harassment, retaliation, denial of public accommodations, and human trafficking.
Nick graduated from Hastings in 2017. He came to law school to make a positive impact on the lives of those he represents and takes joy from the ways his work allows him to do just that. In his free time, he enjoys cooking spicy food, long-distance running, and exploring the beautiful City of San Francisco.
