Bio
Professor Rachel Dodson joined UC Law in the Fall 2024 semester co-teaching Wills & Trusts with Professor Alexandra Ayoub.
Professor Dodson is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law. She is a principal at Ayoub & Dodson, where she advises clients on estate planning, trust administration, and probate proceedings. She was selected by peers as a Northern California Rising Star from 2015-2024, and a Northern California Super Lawyer starting in 2025.
Professor Dodson earned a JD from the University of Washington School of Law, an MPA from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
