Bio

Bob practiced as a partner in major international law firms for nearly thirty years, where he represented companies, officers, directors, corporate boards,  underwriters and accountants in high-profile litigation, investigations and SEC proceedings. He has received numerous professional accolades, including being named one of LawDragon’s Top 500 Leading Lawyers in America and one of the Attorneys of the Year by California Lawyer magazine. He is one of the few lawyers in the country who has tried securities class actions to verdict, and won one of the National Law Journal’s Top Ten Defense Verdicts of the Year in the United States.

Throughout his career Bob has been actively involved in teaching. He has lectured and taught in more than 100 programs and conferences on a broad array of topics — including securities and fiduciary duty litigation, internal investigations, SEC proceedings and trial advocacy — in California, throughout the United States, and in Europe and China. Bob has also taught in numerous internal law-firm programs for training young lawyers.
