Bio
neha Nyshadham is an Adjunct Professor and practicing attorney with experience in patent litigation, intellectual property, and anti-counterfeiting and brand enforcement. She currently serves as in-house counsel at Samsung, where she manages complex patent litigation matters and supports the company’s anti-counterfeiting and brand enforcement initiatives. Prior to joining Samsung, Sneha practiced patent litigation at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, representing clients in high-stakes intellectual property disputes across a wide range of technologies.
Sneha is passionate about mentoring future lawyers and hopes to inspire students to think critically, advocate effectively, and build rewarding careers in the legal profession.
