Bio

Tamara (Tami) Fisher is an attorney with the Supreme Court of California, currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Capital Central Staff. She previously served as a staff attorney for Justice Carlos R. Moreno (Ret’d.) and Justice Goodwin Liu. After graduating from Hastings in 2005, Professor Fisher practiced employment law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

While attending Hastings, Professor Fisher participated in several Moot Court competitions, both as a competitor and as a coach. In 2005, she won the Prince Evidence Moot Court Competition, and received brief and oral advocacy awards at the National Appellate Advocacy Competition and National Moot Court Competition. She currently teaches Appellate Advocacy, and has taught Moot Court, as well as Legal Writing in the Master of Studies in Law (MSL) Program.
