Bio
Tina M. Glezakos has practiced in state and federal courtrooms around the country at both the trial court and appellate levels during her 20-year career. Her experience includes civil trials, civil appeals, and work in the legal services non-profit sector representing clients with disabilities. After working as a partner at a boutique civil defense firm for fourteen years, she joined Walkup Melodia Kelly & Schoenberger in 2023, a plaintiffs’ side civil litigation firm as Of Counsel, focusing her practice on legal research, motions, and appeals. Active in continuing education, Tina has presented at various conferences speaking on topics including deposition practice and responding to complex discoveries. She has also co-authored articles addressing civil trial tactics.
Tina graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003 magna cum laude. In addition to her admission to the California State Bar, she is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and all circuit courts in California.
