Bio

Tracy Jolles Holland ’97 has served on the Foundation Board of Trustees since 2014 and the Foundation’s Executive Committee since 2020, including as Foundation Secretary from 2020 to 2026. As Secretary, she helped oversee the Foundation’s governance and recordkeeping functions and played a key role in the Foundation’s 2024 bylaws revision. She also co-chairs the Foundation’s Nominating Committee and will serve as Third Vice President of the Foundation Board beginning July 1, 2026.

Since 2021, Tracy and fellow trustee Jennifer Rappoport Colimon ’00 have led the Austin Alumni Chapter, hosting networking and engagement events for local alumni. She is also a Legacy Society member, a former Reunion Class Campaign Committee volunteer, and a supporter of the College through annual and planned giving.

Tracy is a legal consultant, mediator, and co-owner of All Hands Mediation Group LLC. Prior to launching her mediation practice, she held in-house legal positions with Wayne Fueling Systems, 7-Eleven, Inc., and Dell Inc., and practiced commercial and intellectual property litigation in San Francisco. She earned a B.S. from the College of William & Mary. Her professional background in litigation, mediation, and corporate counsel roles informs her service to the Foundation and its governance.
