Tenderloin Children and Families Celebrate Halloween in the Academe

Two UCLAS representatives dressed up in Halloween costumes hand out candy to a child in the 198 McAllister auditorium

UC Law SF’s UCLAS were among some of the groups passing out candy and creating joy for neighborhood children.

UC Law San Francisco was thrilled to welcome Tenderloin children and families to campus for our annual Halloween in the Academe celebration. For more than 20 years, this tradition has brought together students, local organizations, volunteers, and staff to create a safe and joyful environment for local families to celebrate Halloween.

This year’s event took place in The Academe at 198 Auditorium, and featured trick-or-treat stations, games, and craft activities. UC Law SF expresses gratitude to our partners who made the event possible — including UCLAS, UC Davis, Urban Alchemy, Spro, Asian Art Museum, SFPD, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, Tenderloin Clubhouse, and St. Anthony Foundation — as well as the many volunteers who helped make the event a success.
