On-Campus Interview (OCI) Programs

Employers are welcome to interview our students through our various OCI programs throughout the year. Each OCI program is designed to accommodate different recruiting timelines and we welcome employers to register for the OCI program that best aligns with their recruiting needs.

Applications for OCIs are collected through our online job board 12Twenty and interview schedules are coordinated by our office. Virtual interviews are conducted 12Twenty Video and participation is free of charge.

2026 Summer OCI Program – Private Sector & Public Sector

Our Summer OCI Program is the traditional summer interview session for employers hiring for summer and post-bar positions. For 2026, we are hosting two Summer OCI rounds: one for Private Sector employers on Tue 7/28-Thu 7/30 and for Public Sector employers on Tue 8/4-Thu 8/6.

Program Details:

  • Employers may preselect 100% of their interview schedule.
  • Virtual interviews, coordinated by the CDO, will be conducted via 12Twenty Video.
  • Participation is free of charge.

Program Timeline:

  • Employer Registration: Wed 4/1 12 PM PT – Mon 6/29 5 PM PT
  • Student Application: Wed 7/1 12 PM PT – Fri 7/10 12 PM PT
  • Employer Selection: Mon 7/13 12 PM PT – Mon 7/20 12 PM PT
  • Schedules Available to Employers and Students: By Thu 7/23
  • Virtual Interviews via 12Twenty Video:
    • Private Sector: Tue 7/28 – Thu 7/30
    • Public Sector: Tue 8/4 – Thu 8/6

Fall and Spring OCI Programs

Employers are welcome to conduct OCIs during the school year on a date that works best with their recruiting timeline. 100% of the candidates can be preselected for interviews and registration is free of charge. Semester OCIs are conducted virtually via 12Twenty Video.

Registrations are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the school year. To get started, email careers@uclawsf.edu.

Fall OCI Program

Employers can interview 2Ls and 3Ls for spring, summer, and/or post-grad placements. OCIs can be conducted on any business day in September and October.

Spring OCI Program

Employers can interview 2Ls and 3Ls for spring, summer, and/or post-grad placements while 1Ls can be interviewed for summer placements only. OCIs can be conducted on any business day in February and March.
