Live streaming has become a titan of industry in the last few years; from eSports, to gambling, to general entertainment. This new technological gold rush has ushered in a mountain of copyright/IP issues and developments in sponsorships/advertising. How do we proceed? What are things to look out for in this emerging sphere of entertainment?
