Tax Deductibility and Gift Fee 

Gifts that comply with applicable laws and are made payable to the UC Law SF Foundation (Tax ID: 23-7135898) are tax deductible under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).  

A portion of all philanthropic gifts, currently 6%, is allocated to support UC Law SF advancement and alumni relations efforts as a Philanthropic Allocation.
