Bio

Andrew Angeles is a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco.  Andrew is on the Airport Team and advises on ground transportation, safety and security, and operations, in addition to negotiating public contracts and agreements.  Prior to the City, Andrew worked as an in-house attorney at the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) where he advised management on labor and employment matters, negotiated public contracts and agreements, and reviewed new and existing statutes.  He started his career working at international and national law firms as a litigator and regulatory advisor serving businesses and professionals.

During law school at UC Law SF, Andrew concentrated in environmental law, was a member of the UC Law Environmental Law Association, and served as an Executive Acquisitions Editor for the UC Law Environmental Journal.  Andrew was also the co-president of the UC Law Pilipinx American Legal Society.  Prior to law school, Andrew received a Master of Public Policy degree with a certificate in political campaigning and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy both from the University of Chicago.  In his free time, Andrew enjoys biking, surfing, and climbing.
