Bio
Daniel Martin is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco. Daniel focuses on complex commercial litigation—with an emphasis on disputes involving trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, partnership and corporate governance, and other complex business issues—for science and technology-focused clients. He has broad experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to initial pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeal, in arbitration and state and federal courts.
Daniel previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laurel Beeler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division.
