Ms. Busnardo is a senior manager and international development expert with 20 years of professional experience implementing rule of law projects in Afghanistan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Egypt, Iraq, Kosovo, Liberia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Palestinian territories, and South Sudan. Most recently, she served as Chief of Party on the Justice Activity in Kosovo. Ms. Busnardo is well versed in multi-national reform environments involving the United States Government, United Nations, European Union, and other donors. She is a skilled legal and report writer and editor with a passion for student success and strong communication. Ms. Busnardo has been a licensed attorney and member of the California Bar for 30 years, including seven years as a Deputy Public Defender in Los Angeles County.
