Bio
Mark Hall, JD, is Professor of Law and Public Health at Wake Forest University. One of the nation’s leading scholars in health care law and public policy, he is the author or editor of twenty books and a member of the National Academy of Medicine. Currently, he is the lead Reporter with the American Law Institute for its Restatement work on Medical Liability. Prof. Hall publishes regularly in leading journals of law, medicine, and health policy, and his articles have been reprinted in a dozen casebooks and anthologies. He regularly consults with government officials, foundations and think tanks about health care public policy issues.
