Bio
Sophia Mellein is a corporate attorney with years of experience facilitating the seamless growth of emerging companies throughout every stage of the corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation and counselling, corporate governance, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Sophia also represents banks, venture capital firms, and strategic investors in venture capital financing and strategic partnerships. Her pro bono practice includes forming and advising nonprofit organizations with their corporate needs and researching and advocating for human rights and voters rights.
Sophia graduated from UC Law SF in 2018. She enjoys shows at the Fox, traveling, snow and paddleboarding.
