Use this form to begin to organize your faculty events.

  • All donations must be handled through Alumni Services and they will provide the contributor with tax documentation.
  • Logistics Check List (Check if applicable)

  • Provide names, affiliations, and all contact information to planner. Planner can send email with general conference information including travel information, and for request bios and photos.
  • Event Support – Facilities, AV, Catering and Security

  • If you require PowerPoint, video presentations, event recording, live-streaming, or microphones for break-out sessions, lunch or reception, please specify here.
    Caterers must be on the approved caterers’ list. If your preferred caterer is not on the list please contact Jen Reeve of the CFO’s office and she can provide you/them with the information and requirements needed for “non-approved” caterers to cater an event on site. This is not necessary for food deliveries. Please be aware that during construction, the loading dock at 200 McAllister is closed, caterers and outside vendors should be made aware of this and drop off options can be worked out with security.
