Ming Hsu Chen is Professor of Law and Faculty-Director of the Race, Immigration, Citizenship, and Equality Program at UC Law SF, San Francisco. She discusses her new book Pursuing Citizenship in the Enforcement Era based on interviews with 100 immigrants trying to integrate into American society in conversation with Pratheepan Gulasekaram.
