Join us to learn more about current trends in technology transactions, M&A and private equity from Orrick partners Danny Lopez ‘10, Leah Recht and Sarah Schaedler, moderated by Prof Evan Epstein, Executive Director of the UC Law SF Center for Business Law. The guest speakers will discuss some of the latest issues impacting their practices, including what students should consider when thinking about a career in corporate law. Lunch will be provided.
