Faculty-Student Discussion on Climate Change and Shareholder Lawsuits

Join Professor Emily Strauss, UC Environmental Law Association, and UC Business Law Society for a discussion on climate change and shareholder lawsuits. Professor Strauss will be discussing her published work centered around Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) and the SEC’s Climate Disclosure Rules. This event is open to all students and faculty.
