Shanin Specter, the founding partner of Kline & Specter, P.C. in Philadelphia and Professor of Practice at UC Law SF, will outline a four-step formula on how to get a job that’s right for you. The presentation will include survey research, legal literature, and Professor Specter’s professional experience that will help you achieve professional satisfaction. Professor Specter has great advice that has led students to exciting and fulfilling summer and permanent jobs.

Panelists will address the professional, personal, and financial benefits of working at a small to mid-size firm. They will discuss their decision to “think outside big law” and the benefits of that decision.
