Virtual Panel on Current Issues in Business Law and Investment in Japan

A panel of distinguished practitioners and scholars with deep experience in Japan will join us by Zoom to discuss a range of current issues in the business law and investment environment in Japan. Topics will include recent developments in Japan’s corporate governance framework, trends for investors in the energy sector, the environment for foreign lawyers, and contractual and labor issues in the entertainment industry.
