Katie Sexton is Staff Attorney at Equal Rights Advocates in San Francisco where she runs their Advice and Counseling services providing free legal services to individuals who have experienced discrimination in the workplace or at school. Prior to working at ERA, she worked at The Legal Aid Society representing children in child abuse and neglect proceedings. She obtained her JD from New York University School of Law in 2014 and her BA in Art History from Yale University in 2010. She currently lives in Oakland, California with her husband, Matt and newborn son, Ellis.
