Bio

Yvonne (“Yvette”) Lindgren is a Visiting Associate Professor of Law from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Professor Lindgren’s research and teaching interests include reproductive rights and justice, constitutional law, family law, torts, and health law policy. Her most recent scholarship has been published by or is forthcoming in, among other publications, Cornell Law Review Washington University Law Review, North Carolina Law Review, Utah Law Review, UC Law Journal, and Alabama Law Review. She co-authored an amicus brief focused on reproductive justice in June Medical Services v. Gee and contributed commentary for the series, Feminist Judgments: Rewritten Tort Opinions. Professor Lindgren served as a post-doctoral fellow at U.C. Berkeley Law’s Center on Reproductive Rights & Justice. A California native, Professor Lindgren earned her LL.M. and J.S.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law, her J.D. from U.C. College of the Law, San Francisco, and her B.A. from U.C.L.A.
