All About Name, Image, and Likeness

Comm./Ent., Sports Law Society, and Entertainment Law Society present a panel on issues in name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights for college athletes. NIL rights are new in the world of collegiate sports and this panel will explain NIL rights and discuss legal issues facing NIL. Panelists include sports attorneys from PAC-12, Opendorse, and private firms.
