Join us to learn more about the current state of startups and venture capital from Goodwin attorneys Dane Patterson ‘14, Sona Karakashian ’15 and Kelly Carson ‘21, moderated by Prof Abraham Cable, Faculty Director of the UC Law SF Center for Business Law. The guest speakers will discuss some of the startup and venture capital issues impacting their practices, including what students should consider when thinking about a career in corporate law.
