Please join us to celebrate the conclusion of CNDR’s innovative international training program, PROMOTING MEDIATION THROUGH PRIVATE AND COURT-CONNECTED MEDIATION CENTERS.

 

This year’s program brings distinguished judges, lawyers, and court administrators from Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East to share their experience and expertise in developing robust mediation ecosystems in their countries. Hosted by the Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (CNDR), UC Law San Francisco, in collaboration with the JAMS Foundation and the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship Program
